With the addition of Reiner SCT, Ingram Micro is expanding its portfolio in the field of physical security. In order to follow the increasing trend towards modular security concepts, the Physical Security business unit was established at Ingram Micro in 2013.

Thanks to the new cooperation with Reiner SCT, specialist retailers now have access to products for electronic time recording in addition to other products for secure access control.
For companies, automated employee profiles and the assignment of individual access rights significantly reduce the manual administration effort.
If an electronic key is lost, for example, the entire system does not have to be replaced, as is the case with conventional locking systems.
A single click is enough to block the access rights of the account in question.
Stored employee data, such as exact attendance times, can also be transferred directly to payroll accounting.
