Furtwangen, February 25, 2005 – The company from the Black Forest is currently presenting new features of the time recording system time Card.
This is consistently geared towards the needs of small and medium-sized companies and offers numerous functions that are expected of a professional time recording system.
The system with the time recording terminal and software is ready for immediate use in just a few simple steps.
The terminal offers two options: Firstly, the device can be set up in the entrance area (or mounted using the wall bracket supplied). All you need is a power connection. Up to 10,000 time bookings can be temporarily stored on the terminal.
The terminal can also be connected to a computer via the RS-232 PC connection cable supplied.
The time bookings are then made as online bookings and are transferred directly to the time recording software.
Generally speaking, contactless employee ID cards are gaining ground in the time recording sector.
The employee holds their transponder in front of the terminal, which receives the signals sent and processes them accordingly.
The basis for this innovative form of time recording is the time Card premium plus system with integrated RFID technology.
The system has now also been equipped with a Sage interface, which makes the time Card time recording system compatible with the Sage products OfficeLine 100 and 200.
“This interface opens us up to an important customer base,” says Carsten Sommer, Managing Director of REINER SCT, explaining the technological innovation.
With over 250,000 customers and 430 employees, Sage is one of the leading providers of business software for small to medium-sized companies and public institutions in Germany.
In the “companies with up to 100 employees” segment, the company ranks first among all ERP providers in Germany.
In addition, time Card is also available via catalogs and branches of Conrad and Bechtle, as well as via the distributors Ingram Micro, Alldis and Multitrade. (The text comprises approx. 2,200 characters)
