“Making the market together” is the motto of the new partner program that REINER SCT launched on 1 January 2013.
The aim of this ambitious program is to expand the sales organization and make it even more efficient.
“Especially in markets with many suppliers, you have to stand out from the competition with high quality. We offer this quality not only with our products, but also to our partners,” says Marcel Theijs, General Sales Manager at REINER SCT since June 2012, describing the motivation behind the new program.
The specialist dealers are offered great incentives to proactively represent REINER SCT regionally and increase their own expertise in time recording and access control solutions.
Ultimately, the Furtwangen-based company also wants to increase the number of sales partners and thus strengthen customer relationships.

Mutual support

<p “The principle of give and take is the basis of our partner offer,” emphasizes Thomas Peter, Head of Retail Sales at REINER SCT, “We provide our dealers with tailored support to help them grow faster, conquer markets, increase profitability and set themselves apart from the competition.”
The most important components of the program are therefore demand-promoting advertising measures, excellent support in customer care and loyalty, intensive and continuous dialogue, comprehensive product know-how, time-saving company services and exceptional rewards.
The partner program has a modular structure with three levels.
The more committed a partner is, the more Active points he collects and the higher his entitlement to REINER SCT services.
Specialist dealers can collect points, for example, by taking part in REINER SCT training courses, seminars and conferences as well as sales campaigns, carrying out briefings and training courses at customers’ premises, presenting the company’s products at regional trade fairs, positioning REINER SCT on their own website or using REINER SCT marketing material.
The acquisition of new customers or satisfied reference customers are also rewarded.

Commitment is rewarded with performance

REINER SCT’s commitment to its specialist dealers is also impressive.
For example, the strongest partners in the top tier can use a dedicated hotline for content-related and technical questions, receive a free sample case for demonstrations to customers, specialist training and “Train the Partner” seminars, and REINER SCT passes on support and lead inquiries to its partners.
The company offers all trade partners online and product training, partner positioning on the REINER SCT website and a partner forum on the website, personal support and assistance with business development as well as a range of marketing and press materials, such as user reports, white papers, templates for cover letters to acquire new customers or trade fair equipment. <p “We are convinced that mutual trust, respect and fairness are the key to mutual market success and the basis for long-term relationships.
