Furtwangen, March 09, 2011 – Users can now download the new software version 4.2.9 of the time recording and access control system timeCard free of charge (www.reiner-sct.com).
In addition to an optimized user interface, a total of 22 new functions have been added.
For example, inconsistent bookings can be listed at the click of a mouse, projects can be filtered and searched and all door movements can be recorded chronologically.
With an additional license, companies can expand the timeCard software with the new vacation, shift and absence module.
This allows all absences such as vacations, flexitime, business trips and doctor’s appointments to be requested in real time using an electronic form: within just one minute, the employee creates a paperless request for the desired absence and sends it to their line manager for approval.
If the absence is approved, the substitute colleagues can be informed by e-mail.
The time recording and access control system timeCard from REINER SCT is tailored to the requirements of small and medium-sized companies and can be flexibly expanded at any time.
It is used by doctors’ surgeries, construction companies, public authorities, the retail trade, the catering trade, craft and industrial businesses, haulage companies and tax consultants’ offices.
The easy-to-use system is basically comparable to systems used in large corporations, but is significantly cheaper to purchase and maintain.
