In future, the time recording solution “timeCard” from REINER SCT will be available in a combination package with the ERP software from blue office®.
The partners signed their cooperation agreement at the high-tech trade fair “CeBIT” 2013 in Hanover.
The combination of an electronic time recording system with business software leads to greater transparency and accuracy in the billing of working hours and ensures that operational resources – for example in administrative billing – are optimized.
This is achieved by linking “${timeCard}” from REINER SCT to the blue office® business software.
In future, blue office customers will be able to conveniently record the working times of their employees in “${timeCard}” from REINER SCT.
The data is transferred directly to the blue office® ERP software via a special interface and can be used there, e.g. for the billing of time worked on individual projects.
According to analyst Gartner Group, the use of intelligent IT tools saves around 25 percent of working time and therefore money.
In addition, there is greater transparency and accuracy in the billing of working hours and improved resource planning.

REINER SCT also benefits from the cooperation: “The partnership opens up new distribution opportunities for us in Austria and Switzerland. The sales partners of blue office® and REINER SCT in Germany, Austria and Switzerland are currently being trained via webinar on the special features of the respective hardware and software of the cooperation partners.
The speaker is the developer of the interface, who is himself an experienced dealer and knows the needs of the system houses inside out.
Training courses for customers will also be offered as webinars in future.
REINER SCT is launching its distribution in Austria and Switzerland at the same time.
