REINER SCT launches new time recording version on the market.
Many new features for use and performance

Furtwangen, October 30, 2019 – REINER SCT is taking the next step with its time recording system time Card 10: With the new version, which is being launched this week, customers can purchase annual licenses.
The advantage: transparent costs and use of the latest software.
In addition, time Card 10 offers further convenient new features.
With time Card 10, REINER SCT is launching a new business model.
“From now on, companies can buy annual licenses. This means they always work with the latest software. We are also automatically improving customer contact with our sales partners,” says REINER SCT Managing Director Andreas Staiger.
30 days before the license expires, customers receive a reminder email and the REINER SCT sales partner in charge contacts the company.
At this point at the latest, experiences with the time recording solution can be exchanged and requests for the further development of the software can be formulated.

Innovations increase added value for customers

time Card 10 is browser-based and runs on all common operating systems.
From this version onwards, time recording is also possible with GPS – so you can see where the employee is during the booking times.
The report designer is now even more comprehensive and performance has been improved.
The evaluation of working hours is automatic and thus saves administration work.
The software is compatible with all computer systems and is very easy to connect to existing hardware.
Working times can be booked at the terminal in the company, on the PC or via smartphone.
time Card 10 is individually customizable, can be used from anywhere thanks to online access and is suitable for all industries.
The new version is characterized by ergonomic operation and a comprehensive authorization concept.
With the time recording software, companies can keep an eye on all their employees’ working hours and absences at all times, automatically transfer the data to their payroll accounting and prevent errors and manipulation in Excel files.
Another plus: time Card can be used for all working time models.

New: The consulting model

There is also an innovation for REINER SCT sales partners.
They can now use the time Card 10 by certified service partners.
“The devil is in the detail, especially when it comes to configuring the software and adapting it to the working time models of end customers, and the responsibility is high – after all, employees’ wages and salaries depend on correct time recording. With this new offer for sales partners, we are ensuring that installations run smoothly and that end customers can use the system quickly and conveniently with minimal effort,” says Staiger.

ECJ ruling: EU states must oblige employers to record time and attendance

With time Card 10, companies can not only create more fairness and satisfaction within the workforce, but also comply with the requirements of the European Court of Justice (ECJ).
In May 2019, the ECJ in Luxembourg ruled that EU member states must oblige their employers to keep full time records in future.
In doing so, the ECJ wants to strengthen the rights of employees.
A time recording tool would make it easier to prove when rights have been violated.
According to the weekly newspaper “DIE ZEIT”, it is not enough to simply record overtime.
Up to now, German working time legislation has only stipulated that overtime in excess of the working day must be recorded.
According to the ECJ, it is now up to the EU member states to oblige employers to set up an “objective, reliable and accessible system” for recording working time.
